The Forsah Energy Upgrade Plan

A BER tells you the problem.
We give you the solution.

To claim any SEAI grant, you'll need a BER. Most homeowners get one, see 14 pages of figures, and are more confused than before. Ours comes with a plan that actually tells you what to do — every grant secured, every installer spec written, your heating system designed on the facts of your home alone. No supplier relationships. No upselling. No agenda.

One plan covers everything:

Full SEAI-registered BER & technical site survey — the compliance document every grant requires, plus an on-site inspection of insulation, heating, ventilation and airtightness
Definitive "Heat Pump Ready" assessment — a clear answer on whether your home meets the required Heat Loss Indicator, or exactly what's needed to qualify
Custom home plans & architectural layouts — floor plans and layout drawings most homeowners don't have, useful well beyond this plan
Independent heating system & radiator design — a full technical spec any installer can price and install from, no guesswork
Step-by-step SEAI grant roadmap — every grant you qualify for, in the right order, with the exact spec each measure must meet
Grant application & drawdown guide — clear instructions for applying and submitting documentation, for fast, hassle-free payments
Independent estimated costings — realistic costs, payback and net investment after grants, plus your expected savings on annual energy bills
30-minute 1-on-1 consultation call — a walkthrough with our energy engineer once your report is ready, every finding explained

"No suppliers. No hidden agenda. Just the design your home actually needs."
